On May 20, the conference Publieke Ruimte (Public Space) took place at the BMCC. The sustainability and accessibility of the BMCC were important advantages in the choice of venue.

With 550 participants, 20 thematic sessions held in the auditorium, meeting rooms, and The View, as well as 2 cycling excursions, 1 walking tour, 27 booths in the exhibition hall, 10 honorable mentions, 3 awards presented, and the launch of the brand-new Public Space Practice Book, it was a memorable and impactful edition.

The congress theme, “Give Public Space a Voice,” served as a common thread throughout the day. Former professional cyclist Ine Beyen skillfully guided the day’s program with professionalism and charisma.

The catering was served by Gourmet Invent.
