During the preparation phase, the facility team works closely with the event coordinator to ensure detailed alignment. The team reviews the plans and makes adjustments where necessary. In addition, they maintain contact with various suppliers in the fields of logistics, audiovisual support, and catering. Together with the event team, they also assist with applying for and following up on the required permits.

Safety is the foundation of every successful event. Whether it concerns the setup of a festival, the construction of an exhibition stand, or the technical preparations of a stage show—everyone involved in the realisation of an event contributes to a safe working environment.

Given the new regulations regarding Temporary and Mobile Construction Sites (TMC), there is a need for increased safety awareness within the event sector. The BMCC team has completed TMC training and promotes these principles to all clients and suppliers at the BMCC.
