Safety guidelines

Don’t walk under suspended loads

Respect the safety perimeter around a load at height and do not walk underneath it. Inform your colleagues and other persons on-site before commencing hoisting operations.

Use a pallet truck correctly
A pallet truck is intended solely for transporting goods, not people. Do not stand on the pallet truck yourself and do not allow colleagues to do so.

Smoking and vaping prohibited

Compliance with the smoking ban is essential for the safety, health, and well-being of everyone in this building. These rules are established to keep the environment as pleasant and healthy as possible for everyone.

Keep clear of tail lifts

Maintain a safe distance from hydraulic tail lifts on lorries. When parking, ensure there is sufficient space behind the vehicle so the tail lift remains easily accessible during loading and unloading.

Do not stand on a forklift

Forklifts are not suitable for lifting people. Use a forklift only for its intended purpose: moving goods and lifting them on or off lorries.

Maximum speed 20 km/h
The maximum speed on this site is 20 km/h. This applies to all vehicles, including cars, bicycles, and other internal transport.

Wear safety shoes
Protect your feet from crushing injuries and other harm during loading, unloading, and working on site.

Wear safety gloves
Protect your hands when moving, assembling, cutting, or handling materials.

Wear safety glasses
Prevent eye injuries during hazardous work such as grinding, stapling, or spraying. Also consider the safety of others.

Lift loads correctly
Do not unnecessarily strain your back when lifting and carrying. Using the correct lifting technique reduces fatigue and helps prevent muscle strains and soreness.

Work safely at height
Do not use ladders when working at height; only use approved scaffolding. Mobile scaffolds must be assembled in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Wear a safety harness

When working at height, a safety harness provides protection against fall hazards, especially when working on trusses and structures.

Wear a safety helmet
Protect your head against falling objects. Always wear an approved helmet from the moment you enter the work site.

Stack loads correctly
Ensure that loads are properly stacked and secured, even for short movements, to maintain a stable and safe working environment.

Remove waste
Do not leave any waste lying around. Use the designated waste disposal points to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Use approved materials
Only work with inspected and safe materials and tools.
